Join the library
To become a member of the library you need to complete our registration form. Please select either staff or student below and you will be taken to the corresponding registration form.

All members are issued with a library card and have their own ID and PIN.
Eligibility
The following groups are eligible for library membership:

Any employee of Chesterfield Royal Hospital Foundation Trust

Any employee of Derbyshire Community Health Services
-
Students from educational establishments whilst undertaking clinical placements within the Trust
-
Other NHS and Social Care Staff employed within the Midlands area under the terms of the Health Education East Midlands Service Level Agreement.
Reference Only
The library is available for reference use only to individuals who work or are linked to healthcare

access to photocopying facilities
Any external members must be aware of the library regulations. A copy will be made available when registering. The library withholds the right to withdraw membership at any time in the case of a breach of these regulations.
